RockWallet Custody Limited is preparing to transition from USDC collateral to US cashand U.S. T-Bills through a regulated broker-dealer.
RockWallet Custody Limited is also engaging a third-party audit firm to prepare monthly independent attestations of reserves
Based on the procedures performed, Rockwallet Custody Limited management believes the reserves held by Rockwallet Custody Limited as of 31st January 2025 are fairly stated and that the fair value of the reserves is equal to back the outstanding supply of MNEE.
